Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping is provided via UPS, FedEx, or common carrier. We do not require signature for deliveries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order by failed delivery. In no case shall we issue a refund or free replacement for an order where the carrier can provide delivery confirmation. All of our shipments can be tracked from warehouse to the delivery address.
At the current time 3DFENZART will only ship within the United States
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Your product is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. If you receive a damaged product or if there was a problem with printing, contact customer service to get a free replacement.

To request a replacement product, you must send a picture of the damage as soon as you receive the package, along with your invoice number. You can’t request a replacement if your product has already been installed. If your product was damaged during shipment, also include a picture of the package. A customer service agent will then contact you to explain the return procedure.

Since your product has been printed especially for you (choice of material and size), it is not possible to return your product unless it has been damaged during transport or if there has been a printing error.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have
30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@3dfenzart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Labor or Installation

3DFenzArt is not responsible for labor or installation costs under any circumstances.
